 Alan Biggs, owner, has degrees in diesel mechanics, advanced hydraulics, advanced electrical, and construction equipment from TSTC in Waco, TX.  Before going out on his own and building A & A Repair, he worked 14 years under others doing the same type of business.  He worked for Kiewit Construction for many of those years. He was also corporate service manager for Nichols Machinery in Dallas, TX for 5 years. He also worked for Austin Bridge & Road as Mechanic Foreman for 2 years.  He was trained by and has trained some of the best in the industry.  As well as the degrees he has, he has also completed many classes and received certificates from Etnyre Distributor and Chipspreader schools, CAT Dozer school, Grove Crane School, Manitowac School, and Gomaco School.​ 

 Chris Jones, owner, worked for Austin Bridge for 26 years. 9 of those years he was a shop supervisor and coordinator. Following that he worked for Kirby Smith for 2 years as a shop mechanic. For 6 years and counting, he now works for A & A Repair as the shop foreman and technician specialist.
